Play Packs

We were really pleased to be able to deliver the first 20 Play Packs to Northampton General Hospital last week. The Play Packs will be available to children and their siblings who are frequent visitors to Disney and Paddington children's wards with the aim been to decrease potential boredom and provide distraction during short stays.  Items in the first packs included scrap books, photo frames to decorate, felt tip pens, modelling clay and bubbles. The packs were made possible due to the kind donation from Sporting Bears. Here's Alfe preparing the packs:

We also held our first monthly get together for families to catch up. The next one is planned for 14th April when we have been invited to Rockingham Race track by Sporting Bears and then on Saturday 4th May we plan to meet for a game of bowling.
