On Sunday 24th June Alfe's Cause held a fundraiser at St Crispins and Ryelands Cricket Club where we had a cricket match, raffle, bouncy castle, vintage hair workshop and Iron Cupcake competition.

Due to heavy rain the night before it looked like the match would have to be cancelled but luck was on our side and it was decided the game could go ahead with Alfe bowling the first ball of the game.

In total the event raised over £300 and we are now hoping to make this an annual event. Many thanks to the players of St Crispins and Ryelands Cricket Club who made the event possible and everyone who contributed to the afternoon.
